My experience at Windmill Beach Villa was marred by numerous frustrations. Upon arrival, we were allotted the wrong room, and it took an unacceptable amount of time before we received the correct one. Each morning, I encountered issues with basic amenities. the hot water supply was inconsistent at best, resulting in cold showers that were quite uncomfortable after a long day out. The rooms were closer to a basic setup than the upscale experience that was promised in the advertisements.
