The breakfast was good, offering fresh local options.
Upon arrival, we were allotted the wrong room, and it took an unacceptable amount of time before we received the correct one. Each morning, I encountered issues with basic amenities. The hot water supply was inconsistent at best, resulting in cold showers that were quite uncomfortable after a long day out. The rooms were closer to a basic setup than the upscale experience that was promised in the advertisements.

I reached the hotel at 11.30 p,m and the hoel was closed from inside. After knocking for an hour a drunk man opened the door and he was in such a situation that he could not talk. It was emberressing when I have to carry my laugage in a non ac room with no amenites although I have booked a ac room with so many aminities as mentioned in the website. After request he just gave me another key where there was ac but no other basic aminities even no water was given and I have to carry my laugage again down stairs. They are charging 10% service charge without providing the basic services. The breakfast was only three pieces of bread with one butter and a cup of tea. In the morning also there was none in the reception to talk with me. I have also not seen any other guest except me. I am afraid that I have to stay another night I.e today in the same hotel on my way back to India as I have booked the same earlier. Please do not even come to this hotel.

friendly staff
We spent the last night of our wonderful Sri Lanka holiday in the Windmill Beach and I can not recommend this place. As I am a travel agent I have seen many hotels and normally I am not very demanding, but this place looks more like an installation site than it is a hotel. The beds are so soft that you can hardly sleep. The sheets have been dirty and the bathroom is a disaster! Aircon was not working properly and loud as hell! No mosquito net and the electricity went down minimum 10 times while we were in the room... If you don´t mind having a sour back the next morning and many mosquito bites make sure you bring earplugs, a torch and your own sleeping bag!

Disgraceful
The hotel was hosting a wedding, I had requested a quiet room aftyer a flight. The 2nd room was still noisy, filthy and I shared it with dirty sheets and cockroaches. The ladies on reception were sweet but totally out of their depth. I would say you have lost me as a customer for recommending me this pigsty of a hotel.

Near to airport.
There wasnt no warm water, and in my last morning, I asked could I have a breakfast, at 08.20, but they sayd breakfast can be odered only at 08.30. Few meters ahead theres plenty of nicer places for 25$.
